The O’Connor Group (TOG) is a full-service, retained professional search firm that works with experienced high potential leaders in several professional industries. Located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, we are client focused and pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service to companies concentrated in the Greater Philadelphia area. In addition, we welcome clients throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic corridor.
Our approach to the search process is highly inclusive, time-sensitive, and predicated on developing a comprehensive understanding of the client’s past, current and future needs. Our structure is unique whereby we focus on working with high talent potential individuals who are in the base salary levels between $100,000 to $150,000.
