We believe in bettering the world.

Here are some of the ways The O’Connor Group is helping to make a difference.

Executive Women Breakfast Series (EWBS)

This group started with four people meeting at breakfast and now we host around 40-50 amazing women per month and every time half of the group are new, or are in transition, or need inspiration, coaching or simply just love to network this amazing group is for you! We hold these events the third Friday of the month – if you would like to learn more send us an email at info@tocgrp.com.

Bringing Hope Home

This organization is so dear to our heart.

Bringing Hope Home provides financial support to families going through cancer. The organization was founded by two of my dear friends, Paul Isenberg and Tim Sherry. They give a struggling family a one-time grant of $2,000. The money goes directly to the bill that is creating the financial hardship on that family. So far BHH has helped over 4,000 families – what greater purpose do we have than to help others?

Helping our Veterans

We are so passionate about our Veterans. We are really thankful for all they have sacrificed so we can live in this free country. My father was a World War II Navy veteran, and three of my uncles were also in the wars and I can vividly remember how proud each of them were to be able to serve this great country. I hope we never lose that motivation of what makes this country great! We are proud to give over $2,500 a year to various veteran’s programs. They need our help more than ever and so many people need just basic necessities. If you too, want to help, there are so many groups you can work with out there, but several that are near and dear to us are the following:

HCBC – Hot Chick Book Club

Okay, so this all started when several awesome females wanted to meet for lunch – and when we realized it was probably better for us to meet together to share inspirational stories, network and empower each other we came up with the idea of HCBC (Hot Chick Book Club!). Our first one kicked off in 2014 and we haven’t looked back yet. We hold these events quarterly at the Capital Grill in King of Prussia (they are so wonderful to us – please go there for your special events). Over the years, we have had speakers such as LuAnn Cahn, Tracy Davidson, Lisa Thomas Laury, Miriam Horrocks Isenberg, Ginny Palmeri, Maggie Baker and so many others. You will be empowered and enlighted to help you in your personal or career adventure! If you are interested in getting on the invite list please e-mail info@tocgrp.com.
