Employee Engagement 33%??

While studying workforce trends and working with our clients, we are watching the employee landscape when it comes to culture, retention and engagement. According to a recent Gallup Survey of The American Workforce, 67% of employees are not engaged at work*. While disengagement is high, we have found three ways to increase employee engagement:
- Open Communication and Management Engagement
- Career Development Plans
- Recognize and Reward Employees
