Welcome to our 16th Edition of The Connector! Spring is truly upon us. As the flowers bloom and the weather gets warmer, it is a great reminder to check in on our mental health. As Human Resources leaders were tested like never before last year, the longer-term implications of this stressful period are just beginning to emerge. In a recent survey, the following Human Resources themes for 2021 were revealed:
