We had some many great innovative ideas over the past 18 months because we had the time to think about change and making a difference.

Innovation is a key piece here at The O'Connor Group and last Friday we held our bi-annual Innovation Day at align.Space with our managers. We came up with some amazing ideas that typically we have the time to really discuss! Try it with your team - the ideas keep coming! Pick three and make it happen!

Wellness Wednesday...

It's been a touch 18 months and many of us have been touched by grief. There are wonderful local places that you can reach out to help with mental health. One in particular are our friends at Peter's Place.

Peter’s Place opened its doors on September 12, 2001, and provides essential bereavement support services across the five-county Philadelphia area. They provide onsite and offsite grief support programs to grieving children, families, and mental health professionals. Children and teens come together to share their feelings, play games and do creative grief activities while accompanying adults attend a parent/caregiver support group.

Happy 20th Anniversary Peter's Place and THANK YOU

for making such a difference to so many people. We are so proud to support the mission of Peter's Place who are our September #connectorswhocare charity of the month!
