Quarterly Town Halls!

Our quarterly Town Hall was on Thursday, October 14 and it was FA-BOO-LOUS! Town Halls are great ways to communicate with your team. Share what is happening with the company and your people! We just decided to make them themed and everyone really gets into it!

We told our team the theme was Halloween and boy did they run with it! The prizes for best theme went out to our HR leaders Kate, Ashley R, Ashley E, Jen, Beth, Lindsay, and Lauren who took Disney to the next level, the prize for scariest

went to Jen as Maleficent, and the prize for most creative went to Tracy as a French Kiss!

The fun did not stop there! On Friday, October 15 our team headed to Linvilla Orchards
in Media, PA for a Fall Family Night! It was the perfect way to kick off the weekend and get our team members and families together to CONNECT and to have FUN! The kiddos had a blast!

1. Candidates Have the Upper Hand

6. HR Goes Undercover

Have you ever gone undercover in your organization to see what it's like in your team member's shoes?

SHRM shares how a VP of HR attended new-hire orientation, worked on the manufacturing floor and learned invaluable information. The biggest takeaway...communication.
