Tip #2: Returning to Work

Returning to work…the phrase on every business owners mind right now! With Governor Wolf’s new guidance for PA businesses, the next batch of counties will move to the yellow phase of reopening on Friday, May 15th. The red phase stay-at-home extension does not mean that other counties will not move to the yellow phase in advance of June 4th. Read more here.

We have prepared a Return to Work Toolkit to help employers understand what they should be starting to think about before returning to the physical workplace once government permits this to occur. A key component to returning to work is assigning a COVID-19 Pandemic Safety Officer that can develop and implement a Return to Work plan for your organization. Contact us today to learn more about how we can safely get you and your team back in the office!

Tip #3: Friends of the Firm

If you know of any companies experiencing layoffs or know of anyone that is looking for individual or family health insurance on their own, our friend Abbe Klingerman can help! This tool can determine if you are eligible for a subsidy on the marketplace and what plans are available in your zip code (PA, NJ, NY).

Our friends at Business Development University have knocked it out of the park with providing resources for Sales Leaders. They continue to run free sales and sales leader zoom calls each week, and will begin a new series focused around different topics that would be typically touched on during their two day sales training.

One of the lovely women in our Executive Women’s Breakfast Series, Julie Palumbo, published a great article about getting through these trying times, mentally and physically: Staying Healthy and Sane During COVID-19. Reach out to her for 1:1 coaching or virtual workshops for your organization!
