At The O'Connor Group, we pride ourselves on being #ConnectorsWhoCare. Our team recently had the privilege of volunteering at Caring for Friends, where we joined hands to make a difference in the lives of those in need. We are thrilled to be able extend our reach and contribute to the well-being of our community. This week, our team will be collecting and ordering necessities for Mission Kids Child Advocacy Center, an organization that aids in healing and justice for victims of child abuse by providing collaborative services, advocacy, leadership and education.
As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words but to live by them. We are privileged to have partners and friends like you, who not only believe in our vision but actively contribute to making it a reality.

In this special episode of Top 3, our #ConnectorsWhoCare Philanthropic Club and Podcast Club collaborated to spotlight Mission Kids Child Advocacy Center, a nonprofit dedicated to aiding child abuse victims. TOC's HR Partner, Stephanie McClure, had a compelling conversation with Leslie Slingsby, Chief Executive Officer, of Services and Operations who shares how Mission Kids provides vital services: forensic interviewing, therapy, and family advocacy, aiding victims of different ages.
Leslie explains the need for community involvement and highlights various ways the community can contribute: volunteering, joining committees or the board, and supporting prevention education programs. Additionally, Leslie mentioned how donations, including snacks, teddy bears, and art supplies, play a significant role in supporting their cause.
