2. CHROs prepare for the AI anxiety of the unknown

As HR leaders drive the integration of AI in their organizations, many face a significant challenge: widespread employee fear. A recent ADP Research study of 38,000 global workers reveals that 31% are concerned AI could replace their jobs, while 50% believe it could have a positive impact on their roles.

Despite this mix of excitement and fear, HR can help ease the uncertainty by addressing employees' "anxiety about the unknown." The study found that 44% of respondents, particularly in upper management, are unsure how AI will affect their work, highlighting the need for clear communication and support as AI continues to evolve. 3. Jefferson Health is out-of-network for many with Cigna

Consumers across our region are expressing deep concerns following Jefferson Health's recent announcement that they could not reach a new contract agreement with Cigna Insurance. While emergency care remains in-network for all Cigna members and patients with Medicare Advantage plans are unaffected, Jefferson Health is now out-of-network for those insured through Cigna via their employers.
