The Connector: Edition 129

Nov 5th, 2025 | The Connector

Our inaugural P3 Executive Summit was a huge success! On October 23rd, more than 120 executive leaders joined us at Union League Liberty Hill for a full day of thought-provoking discussions, actionable insights, and meaningful connections.

From AI in the workplace to the economic outlook, crisis leadership, and the future of work, our speakers and panelists inspired attendees to think differently and lead with purpose. The day wrapped up with a lively, happy hour reception, networking, laughter, and plenty of energy for what’s to come next year.

A huge thank-you to our speakers, sponsors, and the incredible TOC team for making P3 everything we envisioned and more. We’re already excited for 2026!

Reflecting on past challenges, from the Great Recession to COVID, Hanson notes that the best leadership lessons often emerge during times of major change, turning uncertainty into opportunity. 2.  AI Mentions in Job Postings Are Rising...but Clarity Is Lagging

A recent report from Indeed’s Hiring Lab shows that while mentions of artificial intelligence in U.S. job postings are increasing, many lack context on how AI is actually used. About half of AI-related roles reference building tools or using AI models, and 14% mention AI in recruiting. However, most postings use broad terms like “AI” or “GenAI” rather than specific skills such as “ChatGPT” or “large language models.” The data suggests many employers are still defining what meaningful AI adoption really looks like,  highlighting a gap between AI style and AI substance.
