What Matters to Us.
We passionately believe in helping others. Our Philanthropic Club, Connectors Who Care (CWC) was created to do just that in the community. CWC collaborates and works with a variety of charitable organizations each month to help support their mission and volunteer efforts. We are a proud supporter of our community. There is no better gift than to give back. We truly believe that at The O’Connor Group. Here are just a few of the many organizations we have been supporting.

Simon's Heart was started for a boy named Simon who died before his time. Every chapter that we've written contains the names of families and children who have been impacted by heart conditions and/or sudden cardiac arrest.
Vision: A future in which parents and communities don’t lose children to detectable and treatable heart conditions.
Mission: To create and advance innovative and evidence-based programs, policies, and research that prevent sudden cardiac arrest and death in children, teens, and young adults.

Founded in 1965, the Schuylkill Center is one of the first urban environmental education centers in the country, with 340 acres of fields, forests, ponds, and streams in northwest Philadelphia. Our vision: As a leader in the next generation of environmental education, the Schuylkill Center creates a world where all people play, learn, and grow with nature as part of their everyday lives.

We know that trafficking rarely occurs as a lone injustice; it is an intersectional human rights issue preying on individuals with compounding vulnerabilities. With this in mind, we prioritize resourcing programs that address human trafficking systemically.
Through collaborative conversations with experts, survivors, and leaders in the space, we discover the areas of greatest need and communities experiencing the highest levels of vulnerability. We identify the most impactful organizations doing this work and invest in them financially to help scale their impact. We vet our partners annually internally and in collaboration with Dressember’s survivor-led Grant Advisory Committee. We are in ongoing contact with Dressember Network partners through field updates, program audits, and financial reports, ensuring that resources are channeled to the designated impact areas.
