INTRODUCING SHADOW HER: EMPOWERING WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS IN BUSINESS

West Chester, PA – March 22, 2023 – The O’Connor Group, a dynamic organization led by CEO and Founder Marcia Zaruba O’Connor, has announced the launch of Shadow Her, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and supporting women entrepreneurs. The six-month program is designed to equip women entrepreneurs with the skills and resources they need to achieve success in today’s competitive business environment.

Shadow Her will run for six months and will focus on key areas of business, including finance, operations and human resources, sales and client engagement, marketing, strategy, and the power of YOU. The program offers an unparalleled opportunity for participants to attend courses and leadership programs led by experienced women entrepreneurs who are committed to helping women succeed. With these programs, participants will gain invaluable insights and practical skills that they can apply to their own businesses.

“With only 4% of entrepreneurs ever achieving $1 million in revenue and less than 1.7% of women entrepreneurs reaching that goal, it’s time to change the game,” said Marcia Zaruba O’Connor, the visionary behind Shadow Her. “Women entrepreneurs face unique challenges in today’s business world, and Shadow Her is here to help them overcome those challenges and achieve success.”

Shadow Her’s ambitious goal is to help 100 women hit the $1 million dollar milestone over the next seven years! The program boasts an experienced Advisory Team consisting of Tanya T. Morris, also known as The Mentor Mogul, President of Mom Your Business, Karla Trotman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Electro Soft, Incorporated (ESI), and Elyse Lupin, Founder and President of the full-service marketing agency, Elysium Marketing Group, among several others who will join over the next several months.

Shadow Her is now accepting applications for its first cohort of participants. All candidates must complete an application by April 30, 2023, to be considered.
