With the labor market showing moderate signs of softening all eyes will be on the inflation figures that will be released later this week. These data points are what the Federal Reserve uses to make a decision regarding whether or not to raise interest rates. After monthly rate increases for almost a year don’t be surprised to see a very modest increase or a hold on rate increases for April.

2. The Need for Construction Workers – Backed by Nearly $1T in Nonresidential Construction Spend – is Here to Stay
Construction spend – especially those related to the manufacturing, green energy, and defense industries – is creating a huge demand for construction workers. Construction projects related to climate technology and green energy will continue to see a huge push with the federal government set to spend $500B over the next decade. This is the sign of a healthy economy.

3. How to Complain at Work the Right Way and Get Ahead - WSJ
⭕Speaking up gracefully can impress your boss and help solve problems fast
If you want to grow in your company, don't just sit and hope--you need to fight for it. However, there is a right way to fight for it so that you don't look like a whiner. The words you use matter. Start sentences with the word we, not I. Take problems to your boss and not to your coworkers; this will actually fix the problem. Finally, have some research to back up your facts. If it is you desire a promotion or a fix for a certain way you do things, have research as to why you need to fix it and how to fix it.
