- We partnered with our friends from Acumen, Eliassen Group, Birch Benefits, J.P. Morgan, and Duane Morris LLP

To top it off...we came in FIRST PLACE for our Mardi Gras theme and welcoming Tailgate! - We hosted our TOC team members for our monthly Crockpot Luncheon! We love getting together in person and sharing some delicious home-cooked and sometimes store-bought meals. Hey, we did our best! 😆
- Our spring panel, The CEO's Dilemma: The Top Challenges in the Workplace at Blank Rome LLP
did not disappoint! Our panelists Ginny Palmieri, Ian Meierdiercks, and Stephanie Gantman Kaplan shared great insight and we loved the participation from the group!

Wellness Wednesday...
The average American walks about 3,000-4,000 steps a day and roughly 1.5-2 miles. I know everyone has heard the magic number to hit to be “fit” is 10k steps a day. While that is a great goal, it’s not realistic for someone to jump from the average American’s 3-4k straight to 10k. Ramping up gradually will not only help you feel better but will also help keep you more productive!
There are scientific studies done that explain how taking a walk can:
- Make you feel happier about your work and your life.
- Help you produce more creative ideas.
- Pay attention more easily.
