U.S. economic growth remains robust as gross domestic product increased at an annualized rate of 2.4 percent in the second quarter, marking the fourth consecutive quarter of positive economic growth!

Consumer spending, a key driver of economic growth, decelerated slightly, but businesses in specific sectors like housing, utilities, healthcare, and recreational goods can still expect strong demand.

Despite some weaker numbers and concerns over core inflation, economists view the strong GDP report as a positive sign for businesses, though they acknowledge the current economic environment is delicate, balancing strong demand with potential talent shortages and inflationary pressures.

New study confirms that exercising today can significantly boost your performance at work tomorrow. Conducted by business professors from Hong Kong, the research tracked 200 volunteers' exercise levels over ten days using fitness trackers while monitoring their work performance through self-reports and evaluations.
