OpenAI has introduced a groundbreaking feature allowing businesses to create customized versions of GPT-3.5 Turbo, their advanced AI model. This process, known as fine-tuning, enables companies to train the model on specific datasets to address precise use cases. For instance, a small brewery owner could craft a chatbot using GPT-3.5 Turbo fine-tuned with information about their craft beers, fostering engaging conversations with potential customers on social media. This customization also permits the development of a distinct "brand voice" for the chatbot. OpenAI assures the privacy of fine-tuning data, which won't be used for their public models, and the process even helps cut costs by reducing prompt size. Scale, a preferred partner, assists in formatting and collecting training data, streamlining the fine-tuning process.

7. Wellness Wednesday...

With all the families and kiddos going back to school, we figured it was a good time to discuss immunity! (yours and your kids!)

We all know those pesky school germs are NO JOKE!

Here are some things to think about when summer is ending, and we are getting back into the swing of school:

  • Diet – A healthy diet plays a HUGE role in boosting the immune system. I know it’s tough with the little picky eaters, but trying to get some colorful fruits and veggies in is so helpful!
  • Physical Activity – Get in a family walk, or a family dance party to get moving!
  • Adequate Sleep – We know in the summertime, we sometimes let the little ones stay up later than usual, but getting back into a good bedtime routine will help tremendously!
  • Stay Hydrated – With the scorching hot summer we've had, it's important to stay mindful of your hydration and ensure you're fueling your body with good fluids all day long.
