The O'Connor Group Named The Inquirer’s 2023 Top Workplaces

Philadelphia, PA - The O'Connor Group, a leading HR and recruiting firm, has been named one of The Inquirer’s 2023 Top Workplaces in the Philadelphia region. The company was recognized in the small companies category, which honors businesses with 149 or fewer employees.

The Inquirer’s Top Workplaces list is determined based on employee feedback gathered through anonymous surveys conducted by Energage, a third-party research firm. This year's survey received responses from over 23,000 employees across 220 organizations in the region.
